Dr. Raj Rana is a distinguished Chemistry educator with over 25 years of teaching and leadership experience across India and the UAE. Renowned for her deep subject expertise and inspiring classroom presence, she has shaped generations of learners through her dynamic and inquiry-based approach to teaching science.
Dr. Rana currently serves as the Managing Director of DRG Coaching, Dubai, where she continues to mentor students and guide educators in achieving academic excellence. Previously, she was the Head of the Chemistry Department at St. Mary’s Catholic High School, Dubai, where she led curriculum innovation and teacher training initiatives, fostering a culture of scientific curiosity and academic rigor.
Before her leadership tenure, Dr. Rana spent over a decade teaching A-Level and O-Level Chemistry at leading institutions such as The Westminster School and Grammar School Dubai, earning widespread respect for his clarity, mentorship, and consistent student success in international examinations.
Her professional journey began in India, where she taught and lectured in Chemistry and Biochemistry at prestigious institutions including Kurukshetra University, Gitarattan Institute of Advanced Studies, and St. Angel’s Senior Secondary School.
